Quality packaging supplier Rajapack has achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, in recognition of their commitment to excellent customer service. Rajapack are Europe’s no.1 for packaging supplies.
The Raja group operates in 16 countries across Europe and offers customers fast delivery services and 99% of products in stock at all times. Rajapack serve businesses small to large across the UK and over the years they have committed themselves to delivering high quality customer services. In May 2013, Rajapack were awarded with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard.
The accreditation acknowledges Rajapack’s development of a range of procedures to ensure high quality customer service across all areas of its business. The company decided to apply for the accreditation after recognising that many purchasers require their suppliers to hold the ISO 9001:2008.
Rajapack’s Managing Director John Taylor explained that, “We hope to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and retention with this commitment to high standards of customer service.”
John said that in order to ensure the best possible level of customer service, Rajapack will encourage its customers to provide feedback. “Rajapack will be actively seeking feedback by inviting customers to leave reviews, testimonials and feedback via the online independent review website Trust Pilot. This will give us first-hand knowledge of the customer experience and help us to look at where we can make improvements in the future.”
