Bishop Nick Brwery says its bottle sales have increased since the new labels were created by SA Labels and applied.
The company says it has received encouraging feedback about the branding and that the service it received from SA Labels was patient, accommodating, bespoke and “bang on reliable”.
Bishop Nick, a regional craft brewery in Essex, was started in 2011 by Nelion Ridley – sixth generation of the Essex brewing family who established Ridleys in Hartford End in 1842.
As the Ridleys branding was sold to Greene King along with the brewery and pub estate in 2005, it was important to draw on the rich heritage and create a strong contemporary brand which resonated with the past but was optimistically forward-thinking.
Director of Bishop Nick Libby Ridley said: “SA Labels embraced our brief and met the designers’ recommendations for a quality, durable and stand-out label for the company’s Bottle Conditioned Ales. The label is tactile and aesthetically pleasing and has stood the test of time and humidity.”
