A class glass act

A class glass act

Continental Bottle Company’s vision is to provide its customers with the highest level of customer service and be recognised in the home fragrance, perfume, and cosmetics market as a first choice for the supply of candle glass, glass bottles and quality closures.
The Cheshire-based company was established nearly 25 years ago, and has become one of the foremost one-stop suppliers in the industry. The company has an extensive range of more than 100 different styles of stock glass bottles. CBC complements the bottles even further by supplying premier quality surlyn and polypropylene closures. The company strives to create new products and ranges to enhance the ever-changing requirements of the industry.
The company’s mission is to be the first choice for glassware, delivering products of outstanding quality and great service through their commitment, hard work and dedication to meet their customers’ requirements.
CBC serves both large and small companies nationally and internationally, and the company attributes its success to the fact that it offers a wide range of exceedingly flexible services. Its full decoration service includes screen-printing, frosting, spraying, hot foil stamping, and metallisation, which can be supplied on bottles or glasses for wax fill.
Future investment in new innovative projects and designs ensures that CBC remains at the forefront of the industry.
CBC has a wealth of experience and design know-how contributing to quality and excellence in all parts of the design process. CBC can also provide a customised service for all kinds of packaging requirements.
With the launch of its brochure earlier this year, the company is planning to launch at Packaging Innovations London its new ‘easy to navigate’ website which it will be able to demonstrate throughout the show.
Decoration has become increasingly popular with the company’s customers and, to make products stand out from the competition, more and more customers are requesting sophisticated decoration techniques to enhance their product marketability. Continental Bottle Company Ltd offers a wide range of services dedicated to decoration encapsulating the customers’ design and technical remit.

New additions
Two fragrance bottles, the TSAR 50 and 100ml, which were introduced to FP Continental’s range last Autumn, evoke a stylish and contemporary vision of the ‘flask’, offering a compact, slightly conical silhouette with delicately curved contours. Featuring a heavy base, this perfume bottle lends itself ideally to a full range of male and female products.
The MEIJI fragrance bottle, which comes in 50 and 100ml versions, is a delicately poised, Japanese inspired bottle with the rigour of a narrow shoulder. Deploying lines of almost magnetic purity, Meiji evokes the serenity of Zen and the promise of extreme refinement. Its mid top design is both timeless and modern, making it very versatile.
A new diffuser bottle standard was introduced to the Capri family of bottles at the end of last year. For some time the company had felt the Capri range was missing a 100ml and introduced the new model in response to popular demand. It now sits alongside the existing 200ml, 500ml, 700ml, 750ml and 1 litre bottles.
